These Terms govern your use of the Me & Me website (meandme.store) and any orders placed through it. Me & Me is a brand of Starxmart Enterprises, headquartered at Panathur, Bangalore 560103, India. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility (18+)
This site sells products intended for adults. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
2. Accounts
You may shop as a guest — no account is required. Where an account is offered, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders where a product has been listed at an incorrect price. You’ll be refunded in full.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation. Until then, no contract exists.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, incorrect address, or product unavailability.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes. Payment is captured at the time of order.
5. Shipping and delivery
Please see our Shipping Policy. Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and pincode.
6. Returns and replacements
All sales are final. For hygiene, safety, and public-health reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on any product. The only exception is damaged-on-delivery or defective-on-first-use items, which are eligible for a free replacement provided you share an unboxing video, photos, and raise the request within 48 hours of delivery. 7. Product information
We take care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly on-screen. If a product materially differs from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with other users.
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce our content, product listings, or imagery without permission.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
