Delivery timelines
- Standard shipping — 3–6 business days across India. ₹99 · Free on orders above ₹1499.
- Express shipping — 1–3 business days in metros (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad). ₹199.
- Cash on Delivery — available on orders up to ₹5,000 across most pincodes.
Discreet packaging
Your privacy is non-negotiable. Every order ships in an unbranded, plain outer box. There is no product imagery, no brand name, and no description visible on the outside. The invoice inside simply reads “Me & Me · Starxmart Enterprises”.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day from our Bangalore warehouse. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays ship the next business day.
Courier partners
We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Shiprocket — whichever provides the fastest, most reliable service to your pincode. You’ll receive an SMS/email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

International shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap.
